At Jacks Sofa Drops, we take great pride in offering high-quality, cleaned, and restored second-hand sofas. Please note that because these sofas are pre-owned, minor defects or signs of previous use may be present. We ensure that all sofas are professionally cleaned to a high standard before being sold.

Non-Refundable Deposit:

A £49 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any sofa purchase. This deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price upon delivery. However, if an order is canceled without notice or without a valid reason related to the condition of the sofa, this deposit will not be refunded.

Delivery Acceptance: Customers have the right to refuse delivery at the time of arrival if the sofa has a significant issue that was not mentioned in the description. In such cases, the £49 deposit will be refunded in full.
