Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your sofa carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the situation and make it right. We may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the issue and available stock.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our business, all secondhand sofas are sold as seen and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty in a way not previously stated. We do not accept returns for change of mind or size misjudgment, so please check measurements carefully before purchase.
We also cannot accept returns on clearance stock or items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
Because each sofa is a unique piece, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’re unhappy with your purchase due to damage or a major issue, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it. If a return is accepted, you may place a new order for a different sofa once the return is processed.
